Our Process:
• Planning: Several meetings and discussions with clients in order to determine the desired style, layout, functionality, and any specific needs the client may have.
• Set a budget: Prepare a proposal including the cost for labor and materials as well as provide allowance for any potential unexpected cost.
• Design phase: Create a design by combining our design team’s ideas and the client’s input and requirements. During this phase material, color, fixture, and appliance selection will be completed so that it is integrated properly into the design.
• Town compliance and Permits: We will prepare necessary applications and drawings and submit with the town to obtain proper permits for work to be completed.
• Demolition: Remove and cart away existing cabinets and fixtures and ensure the area is safe for the next phase.
• Carpentry and potential structural changes: Moving of walls and any necessary structural changes to fit the selected design.
• Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical: Through our licensed teams we will update all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components to fit the design chosen.
• Cabinet installation: Install custom fabricated cabinets and perform any adjustments needed on site.
• Stone and Tile: Template and install countertops and any backsplash selected during the design phase.
• Finishing touches: Painting and installation of appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Final Inspection: Perform separate Client and Town Inspections and obtain sign-offs.
